Two entries are duplicates when every content field matches: date, team member, SRV, client, contact, start/end time, hours, activity, and notes. The earliest-created row in each duplicate group is kept — all newer copies are deleted.
Pick an .xlsx file (like UTILIZATION_TRACKER_ALEXTeam). We'll read the Time Log sheet, match the Team Member column to real user accounts, and import each row as an entry under that user. Unmatched names are imported under your admin account so nothing is lost — you'll see the counts in the preview.
